You can request a return of your order within 30 days of receipt directly through your customer account. Please, note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (you will have to ship back the items to Belgium or to USA).
How to make a return request
Log in to your customer account
Go to "My Orders" and choose the relevant order
Click "Request Return"
Select the reason for the return and the item(s) concerned. If relevant, please add feedback in the optional note section, all customer feedback is important to us.
Validate your request return
Once submitted, you will receive an email from us confirming that we received your request return. We will review your return request, and if approved, you will receive further instruction for your return via email.
Note: by default, we issue voucher equal to your item value for approved returns. If you wish to receive a refund instead, please specify it by answering the "return request received" email.
Conditions for approving return request
The returned item must be intact and in its original packaging.
Please include the following items with your return:
The product(s);
Your original order number containing the returned item (invoice)
About your voucher
You have 30 days to use this credit to order the item of your choice.
Please note that the voucher does not cover shipping costs. These remain the responsibility of the customer.
Our logistic teams have a period of 15 working days to process your return.

In case you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately via the contact form with the following information:
Your order number.
The reference of the damaged item.
A description of the problem.
Photo evidence.
If your package has been delivered already damaged, please keep a proof in the form of a photo of the condition of your package on arrival.
All claims for items that arrive damaged must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. After this period, Nooz will not be able to process your request.
Once we receive the above information, we will ensure that the problem is rectified as soon as possible.
Please do not return any items to us unless requested to do so by a member of our Customer Service team. This can prolong the process and we may not always need to requisition the faulty items.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Nooz does not provide pre-paid return labels.
The return form we provide contains only the return address where you can send your order and allows you to indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund.
Thanks to this information, our teams will be able to speed up the process of handling your return.
